Technology transfer and the diffusion of innovations: a working bibliography with annotations

Knowledge of technology innovations generated at research and university facilities must be transferred in a form that will enable users to adopt the information and implement it commercially. This requires a process of identification and assessment for the target group before the innovation can diffuse into other sectors. The literature review of the diffusion process, with annotations for many entries, is divided into six categories: (1) bibliographies of technology transfer/diffusion of innovations; (2) major references of technology transfer/diffusion of innovation; (3) general references of technology transfer/diffusion of innovations; (4) general references of science, technology, and society; (5) case examples and studies of technology transfer/diffusion of innovations; and (6) unpublished papers, theses, and dissertations.
