A Review on the Medicinal Importance of Pyridine Derivatives

Pyridine and its derivatives are the important chemical compounds with tremendous applications in the various fields. In this review we have summarized the medicinal and non-medicinal uses of number of pyridine derivatives. Pyridine derivatives have been reported for variety of biological activities and numbers of the compounds are in clinical uses. Pyridine derivatives also have increasing importance for modern medicinal applications.
