Association of Plasma Clusterin Concentration With Severity, Pathology, and Progression in Alzheimer Disease

These results demonstrate an important role of clusterin in the pathogenesis of AD and suggest that alterations in amyloid chaperone proteins may be a biologically relevant peripheral signature of AD.
