Ceritinib in <i>ALK</i> -Rearranged Non–Small-Cell Lung Cancer

Ceritinib was highly active in patients with advanced, ALK-rearranged NSCLC, including those who had had disease progression during crizotinib treatment, regardless of the presence of resistance mutations in ALK.
