Abstract

The heterogeneity in hyper-immunoglobulin-M syndromes will continue to shed light on the molecular mechanisms of class switch recombination and somatic hypermutation. The description of hyper-immunoglobulin-M syndromes may therefore lead to improvements in the care of these patients.
