Abstract

Cylindrical threaded titanium cages have a higher fusion rate, comparable improvements in clinical outcome (Oswestry, Low Back Pain Questionnaire, SF-36), and fewer secondary supplemental fixation procedures compared to the femoral ring allograft control.
