Abstract

A detailed theoretical treatment of the resonant hyper-Raman scattering by 2LO phonons is presented when incident frequency is near the two-photon resonance with excitonic levels. Different sequences of intermediate states are considered. (© 2004 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim)
