Advanced Oxidation Protein Products Activate Intrarenal Renin–Angiotensin System <i>via</i> a CD36-Mediated, Redox-Dependent Pathway

This study demonstrated for the first time that AOPPs modified albumin functions as a strong trigger of intrarenal RAS via a CD36-mediated, redox-dependent pathway.
