Zusammenfassung Eine Methode zur Langzeit-Sammlung der efferenten Lymphe des Ln. cervicalis superficialis beim Schaf wird beschrieben. Mit Hilfe dieser Technik konnten bei den gebrauchlichsten deutschen Schafrassen Lymphfisteln hergestellt werden, die unter physiologischen Bedingungen die quantitative Lymphsammlung ein- und beidseitig uber Wochen ermoglichten. Die Methode wird mit den entsprechenden Methoden vom Ln. subilicus und Ln. popliteus verglichen und der Lymph- und Lymphocyten-Ausstos dieser drei Lymphknoten angegeben. Auf Grund statistischer Prufung werden signifikante Ausstosunterschiede zwischen den Tages- und Nachtwerten festgestellt. Die Reaktion des Lymphknotens auf den postoperativen Primar-Heilungsprozes ist anhand von Volumenverteilungs-Analysen untersucht worden. Sie hat sich im Vergleich mit Reaktionen auf verschiedene antigene Stimulationen des Lymphknotens als sehr schwach erwiesen. Die physiologische Reaktionslage des Lymphknotens wird nur vorubergehend leicht beeinflust. Summary A method for long-continued collection of efferent lymph from the superficial cervical node The technique described enables lymphatic fistulae to be produced in the common breeds of sheep in Germany and allows quantitative collection of lymph to continue for weeks, on one or both sides of the body. The method is compared with those used for the subiliac and popliteal nodes and the lymph and lymphocyte output is compared for the three different nodes. Statistical analysis shows significant differences between day and night flow. The reaction of the nodes to the post-operative healing process was studied by volume distribution analyses. Compared with the reaction to various antigenic stimuli, the reaction to fistulation is very mild. The physiological reaction of the node is only transitory. Resume Une methode pour recueillir sur une longue duree la lymphe efferente du ganglion scapulaire du mouton On decrit une methode permettant de recueillir sur une longue duree la lymphe efferente du ganglion cervical superficiel chez le mouton. A l'aide de cette technique, on a pu pratiquer sur la race allemande de moutons la plus courante des fistules lymphatiques, qui ont permis de prelever quantitativement la lymphe, uni-ou bilateralement, pendant des semaines, dans des conditions physiologiques. On compare la methode avec les methodes correspondantes des ganglions subiliaques et poplites et on indique le debit de la lymphe et des lymphocytes pour ces trois ganglions. Sur la base d'une analyse statistique, on trouve des differences significatives entre les valeurs du debit trouvees de jour et celles de nuit. On etudie la reaction des ganglions lymphatiques lors du processus de guerison primaire post-operatif, a l'appui des analyses de repartition des volumes. Cette reaction s'est revelee faible en comparaison avec les reactions aux differentes stimulations antigeniques du ganglion lymphatique. L'etat reactif physiologique du ganglion lymphatique n'est influence que legerement et de facon passagere. Resumen Una tecnica para la coleccion permanente de la linfa eferente del ganglio linfatico cervical superficial en la oveja Se describe un metodo para coleccionar de forma permanente la linfa eferente del ganglio linfatico cervical superficial en la oveja. Con ayuda de esta tecnica se pudieron establecer fistulas linfaticas en todas las razas ovinas mas usuales, que posibilitaban, bajo condiciones fisiologicas, la coleccion cuantitativa de linfa uni y bilateral a lo largo de semanas. La tecnica se compara con los metodos correspondientes del ganglio linfatico subiliaco y el popliteo, indicandose la eliminacion de linfa y linfocitos de estos tres ganglios linfaticos. Gracias al examen estadistico, se establecen diferencias significantes de secrecion entre los valores diurnos y nocturnos. La reaccion del ganglio linfatico sobre el proceso postoperatorio de curacion por primera intencion se estudio con ayuda del analisis de la distribucion volumetrica. En comparacion con las reacciones frente a diversos estimulos antigenos del ganglio linfatico, resulto ser muy debil.
