Abstract

The method illustrated in the first paper referring to the surface oscillation is applied to longitudinal oscillations of particles mutually interacting through Coulombian or non-Coulombian forces. Comparison with Bohm's and Bloch's theories is made. It is found that precisely the same results are obtained.
