THE article " Impaction of the Epiglottis during Anmthesia " by Stanley Pokrzywnickill, is of particular interest to one of us (G.H.C.) whose original article1 on this subject is quoted in the bibliography. We have recently observed in a series of cases two forms of laryngeal obstruction which, to the best of our knowledge, have not hitherto been described in the literature. These will be described in the present article.
