Extension of the Cripps Technique to Transistors with Feedback

This paper presents an alalytic formula for the optimum load impedance for maximum power output from a transistor with series inductive and parallel capacitive feedback in addition to input and output capacitance. The formula is an extension of the well-known Cripps (1) result for a transistor without any feedback. The computed results are shown to be in good agreement with experimental data.
