Lichtinduzierte modulare Ligation von konventionellen RAFT‐Polymeren

Ein nichtaktiviertes RAFT-Agens, das am Ende eines RAFT-Polymers gebunden ist, kann durch lichtinduzierte Diels-Alder-Reaktion unter milden Bedingungen und ohne Katalysator mit einem ortho-Chinodimethan (Photoenol) gekuppelt werden. Die Methode ist allgemein anwendbar und öffnet den Weg zur Konjugation vielfältiger RAFT-Polymere mit Photoenol-funktionalisierten (Makro)Molekülen (RAFT: reversible addition–fragmentation chain transfer).
