Abstract

I see a real difference here. Four years ago, when I started high school, there was confusion and people looked down on me. Today I am looking forward to graduation and college. My teachers really support me now. (Middletown High School senior Manuel Rivera, who most recently scored at the advanced level on New York State's test of English proficiency)
