Streptokinase in Acute Ischemic Stroke: An Individual Patient Data Meta-Analysis

Few factors influenced the response to streptokinase. However, earlier administration, lower doses of streptokinase, and avoidance of concomitant aspirin should be considered if further streptokinase trials in acute stroke are planned.
