B-Cell Depletion with Rituximab in Relapsing–Remitting Multiple Sclerosis

A single course of rituximab reduced inflammatory brain lesions and clinical relapses for 48 weeks. This trial was not designed to assess long-term safety or to detect uncommon adverse events.
