Twin pregnancy with a chimeric androgenetic and biparental placenta in one twin displaying placental mesenchymal dysplasia phenotype

This case represents a rare placental abnormality, PMD, which may have a diverse etiology. Therefore, detailed histologic and genetic analysis were performed for an accurate diagnosis.
