Radiotherapy with or without Chemotherapy in Muscle-Invasive Bladder Cancer

Abstract

Synchronous chemotherapy with fluorouracil and mitomycin C combined with radiotherapy significantly improved locoregional control of bladder cancer, as compared with radiotherapy alone, with no significant increase in adverse events.
