IJCNN 2001 challenge: generalization ability and text decoding

Abstract

In IJCNN 2001 a new event is a competition with three challenging problems. In this paper we describe our approaches on solving the first two problems: generalization ability challenge and teat decoding challenge. The main learning technique used is the support vector machine.
