Abstract

In patients receiving ESHAP, hypokalaemia can occasionally be seen, especially if preceded by hypomagnesaemia. Mild cumulative hypocalcaemia is recognised. Hypomagnesaemia is a progressive complication and physicians need be aware of its importance. alcaemia is recognised.
