Abstract

Pyxine subcinerea Stirton is newly reported for New York State. The distribution of Pyxine subcinerea in the eastern United States is established. Morphological and chemical differences between P. subcinerea, P. albovirens, and P. caesiopruinosa are recognized, clarified, and expanded upon.
