Evidence for the<mml:math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><mml:mrow><mml:msup><mml:mrow><mml:mi>ϒ</mml:mi></mml:mrow><mml:mrow><mml:mo>′</mml:mo><mml:mo>′</mml:mo></mml:mrow></mml:msup></mml:mrow></mml:math>and a Search for New Narrow Resonances

The production of the $\ensuremath{\Upsilon}$ family in proton-nucleus collisions is clarified by a sixfold increase in statistics. Constraining $\ensuremath{\Upsilon}$,${\ensuremath{\Upsilon}}^{\ensuremath{'}}$ masses to those observed at DORIS we find the statistical significance of the ${\ensuremath{\Upsilon}}^{\ensuremath{'}\ensuremath{'}}$ to be 11 standard deviations. The dependence of $\ensuremath{\Upsilon}$ production on ${p}_{t}$, $y$, and $s$ is presented. Limits for other resonance production in the mass range 4-18 GeV are determined.
