이온조사를 이용한 알루미늄의 표면특성 변화

Plasma states of argon and nitrogen ions were induced on the aluminum alloy plain surface using Ion beam accelerator. Promotion of contact angles were observed on the implanted surfaces, using contact angle meter. In order to find the reason why contact angle of the surface was changed, examined and analyzed ion implantation surface using SEM, AFM, and XRD.
