Photoproduction of<mml:math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><mml:mrow><mml:msup><mml:mrow><mml:mi>η</mml:mi></mml:mrow><mml:mrow><mml:mn>0</mml:mn></mml:mrow></mml:msup></mml:mrow></mml:math>Mesons at 4 GeV

We have measured ${\ensuremath{\eta}}^{0}$ photoproduction at 4 GeV. We find our results to be consistent with a theoretical preduction relating this cross section to ${\ensuremath{\omega}}^{0}$ production by $\ensuremath{\pi}$ mesons using a vector-dominance model; there is no evidence for a dip or change of slope at $\ensuremath{-}t=0.6$ as seen in ${\ensuremath{\pi}}^{0}$ photoproduction.
