Abstract

The PtSb/C catalyzed highly selective transformation of glycerol to dihydroxyacetone and H<sub>2</sub> was achieved by controlling the applied electrode potential without using oxidants <italic>via</italic> an electrocatalytic reactor system in acidic media.
