Regge-Pole Models for High-Energy<mml:math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><mml:mi>π</mml:mi><mml:mi>N</mml:mi></mml:math>,<mml:math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><mml:mi>KN</mml:mi></mml:math>, and<mml:math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><mml:mrow><mml:mrow><mml:mover><mml:mrow><mml:mi>K</mml:mi></mml:mrow><mml:mrow><mml:mi>¯</mml:mi></mml:mrow></mml:mover></mml:mrow></mml:mrow><mml:mi>N</mml:mi></mml:math>Scattering

It is shown that $\ensuremath{\pi}N$, $\mathrm{KN}$, and $\overline{K}N$ elastic-scattering and charge-exchange data at high energy and small momentum transfer can be well fitted by assuming that the amplitudes are dominated by a few Regge poles in the crossed channel. The constraints imposed by the factorization principle are included. Unitary symmetry ($S{U}_{3}$) is approximately satisfied. Sample predictions of $\ensuremath{\pi}p$ polarization and ${K}^{+}+n\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{K}^{0}+p$ charge exchange are made.
