Removing Market Barriers to Green Development: Principles and Action Projects to Promote Widespread Adoption of Green Development Practices

This paper examines how the market may intentionally or unintentionally create barriers to green development practices. It also offers ideas and recommendations for those who build, finance, and are in positions to approve or support green development in all our communities on how to eliminate these barriers to begin making green development the norm rather than the exception.
