Combining with years of Furan resin sand production experience in heavy steel castings,we worked out reasonable solutions aimming at the problems of large gas evolutionl,ow sand deformability,hot tear tendency.The practice proves that controlling the raw molding materials scientifically,using the casting method meeting the production requirements of furan resin sanda,nd strictly controlling the production operation and so on can ensure to produce qualified products meeting the user's requirements.
