One bath printing of polyester/cotton fabric in disperse-vat paste

Printing of camouflage polyester/cotton fabric is carried out with one paste of disperse dyes combined of vat dyes. Influences on color depth of the prints are studied, such as curing process for disperse dyes, steaming and reduction process for vat dyes. The results show that the optimum printing process is: curing at 210 ℃ for 90 s for disperse dyes, reduction at 105 ℃ for 60 s for vat dyes followed by oxidation at 60 ℃ for 2 min. Color fastness of the prints can reach Grade 4~5.
