Construction of RAPD Optimal Reaction System in Moringa oleifera Lamarch.

[Objective] The research aimed to study the RAPD optimal reaction system of Moringa oleifera Lamarch.,to provide the research basis for RAPD amplification.[Method] The RAPD optimal reaction system was constructed through orthogonal diagram.[Result] It confirmed that the system was composed of 2.5 μl 10×PCR Buffer,0.5 μl Taq enzyme(2.0 U/μl),4.0 μl dNTPs(2.0 mmol/L),4.0 μl primer(2.0 μmol/L),2.0 μl DNA(30.0 ng/μl),12.0 μl ddH2O in total 25.0 μl.[Conclusion] RAPD can be used in Moringa oleifera Lamarch.study.
