Application Researches and Discussion on ECM Low Pressure Vacuum Carburizing Technology

This paper presents the technology principles,processing control characteristics and methods of ECM low pressure vacuum carburizing Infracarb Process,also demonstrates the difference between low pressure vacuum carburizing technology and routine controllable gas carburizing heat treatment.The application results have shown that optimizing rationally the maximum surface carbon concentration and minimum surface carbon concentration by taking Mini technology is helpful to improve uniformity of carburizing layer thickness in different positions of part.
