Abstract

Aspartame is a new-style and safe sweetener,it was used widely in food industry.In order to provide some references for advanced research of aspartame,Research progress of aspartame on Application and Synthesis were reviewed in this article.In particular,Synthesis method of aspartame was also summarized.
