Determination of Bergenin in Dicha Kechuan oral liquid by HPLC

Objective:To establish a determination method of Bergenin content in Dicha Kechuan oral liquid by HPLC.Methods:The separation was performed on SHIMADZU VP-ODS C18 column(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),the mobile phase was carbinol-water(20:80) with a flow rate of 1.0ml/min.The column temperature was room temperature and the detection wavelength was 275nm.Results:The linear range of Bergenin was 0.2575-5.150μg,the regression equation of working curve was Y=812702.2X-80626.3,r=0.9998,the average recovery was 101.4% and RSD 1.67%(n=5).Conclusion:This method is simple,reproducible,and can be used for quality control of Dicha Kechuan Oral Liquid and the semifinished product.
