Research on CNC Machine Fault Diagnosis Learning System Framework Based on CBR and Ontolog

The advantages of ontology and CBR were analyzed.A CNC machine tool fault diagnosis learning system framework based on CBR was designed.Its working process was explained.Ontology knowledge building of CNC machine tool fault diagnosis domain and ontology-based similarity retrieval of cases matching were focused on.The implementation scheme of CNC machine tool fault diagnosis learning system was given and the system was developed.The case retrieval and reuse were implemented.It provides means of experience gaining and learning to use for teachers,students and maintenance support personnel.
