Microdetermination of plasma phospholipids by trichloroacetic acid precipitation.

Abstract 1.1. A method is presented in which plasma phospholipids can be determined in 0.2 ml. of plasma. 2.2. The method is simpler and more rapid than methods involving the use of fat solvents. 3.3. In addition to phospholipid phosphorus, the method lends itself to the determination of inorganic plasma phosphate.
