Blood cysts of the pulmonary valve producing pulmonic stenosis. A successful surgical treatment.

Summary A case of a giant blood cyst of the pulmonary valve causing severe pulmonic stenosis in a 12-year-old girl is reported. Successful correction was accomplished under hypothermia. When the lesion is suspected, it is best treated with the aid of extracorporeal circulation. We are greatly indebted to Dr. E.
