[The study of human papilloma viruses infection in juvenile pharynlaryngeal papillomatosis by PCR and dot blot hybridization].

The results suggest that infection with HPV, especially with HPV6, is closely associated with the development of juvenile pharynlaryngeal papilloma in Wenzhou area. HPV-DNA detected by PCR and dot blot hybridization has highly specificity and sensitivity.
