Abstract

The performance of the current ATLAS $b$-tagging algorithms optimized ahead of the start of the 2016 Run-2 data taking is reported in this poster. The algorithms used to identify jets containing $b$-hadrons are briefly described and the improvements in performance achieved due the algorithmic changes compared to those used for the 2015 LHC run are highlighted.
