Analysis of Stress-strain State Rainfall Runoff Control System – Buttress Dam

Black Sea cities and Crimea Peninsula аre suffering from lack of fresh water. The patented precipitation flow control systems, offered by authors of the research, may solve the problem. The process of modeling the structures during the design stage allows creating safe and cost-effective systems. The system of both aboveground and underground reservoirs is proposed. Offered method uses the states of the hydromechanics as a tool for underground space development.
