Clinical disease presentation and ECG characteristics of <i>LMNA</i> mutation carriers

Male <i>LMNA</i> mutation carriers present clinical manifestations at a younger age than females. ECG septal remodelling appears to distinguish <i>LMNA</i> mutation carriers from healthy controls and patients with DCM without <i>LMNA</i> mutations.
