ULF Geomagnetic and Geopotential Measurement at Chia-Yi, Taiwan

In order to establish the short-term prediction, electromagnetic approach is one of the hopeful methods. ULF geomagnetic anomalous change preceding large earthquakes is the most convincing phenomena among of them. To detect this abnormal change is to establish a promising short-term earthquake. It is also required to clarify the physical mechanism of generation.
