Abstract

A pyrimido[4,5-<italic>g</italic>]quinazoline-4,9-dione (PQ) based polymer, <bold>PPQ2T-BT-24</bold>, is used as a photosensitive and charge transport semiconductor for ultrafast organic phototransistors (OPTs).
