Lifestyle Choices Can Augment Female Sexual Well-Being

Female sexual wellbeing is complex and it's an important part of a comprehensive approach to women's health. Unfortunately, this aspect of health often is not discussed during medical appointments which can be isolating for female patients. Low libido is the most common female sexual dysfunction. There are multiple causes of low libido that may be physical, cultural, emotional, medical psychological or due to her relationship with her partner.
