Precision therapy for epilepsy due to <i>KCNT1</i> mutations

This study provides Class II evidence that for persons with severe epilepsy due to gain of function mutations in the potassium channel gene <i>KCNT1</i>, quinidine does not significantly reduce seizure frequency.
