In order to maintain the value of the network at the appropriate level, it is necessary to have certain aggregated network performance indicators. To solve the effective monitoring problem, it is necessary to develop methods for network operation analyzing, taking into account all possible factors that affect the network operation and the formation of appropriate complex indicators on their basis.
