Subject of this seminar is to explain man's intrinsic and extrinsic working values. Work values examine the goals, that an individual is trying to accomplish with his work. Those goals are different within each of us, whilst the goal of this work is to closely examine the key factors that affect us, and the ways and motivation that helps us accomplish them. Motivation is the key to a successful performance of work, therefore the corelation of motivation and an accomplished work is explained. The therm psychosociology in shipping is justified by certain content of interaction which are essential in work. The pleasure of an employe shows a connection with performance. If the employe is satisfied, his work motivation is bigger.
