Uncertainty Analysis for the Field Probe Calibration System in the anechoic chamber

NIM had developed electric field probe calibrating system using horn antennas in a fully anechoic chamber from 1 GHz to 40 GHz. Take 26. 5GHz frequency as an example, the uncertainty measurement mode and analysis methods of several mainly uncertainty influence quantities are presented in this paper. In the end, we show the uncertainty analysis sheet and a comparison result between two measurement systems.
