Intralesional collagenase C. histolyticum for Peyronie's disease according to the IMPRESS (Investigation of Maximal Peyronie's Reduction Efficacy and Safety Studies) trial protocol produced an improvement in penile curvature in men with Peyronie's disease with a low rate of complications.
