Pregnancy-Adapted YEARS Algorithm for Diagnosis of Suspected Pulmonary Embolism

Pulmonary embolism was safely ruled out by the pregnancy-adapted YEARS diagnostic algorithm across all trimesters of pregnancy. CT pulmonary angiography was avoided in 32 to 65% of patients.
