Actions for gender equality in the Japan society of applied physics

The Japan Society of Applied Physics has conducted various activities for women researchers to be more active in the field of applied physics. In this paper, we introduce the actions of JSAP and show the outcomes. In addition, we present our recommendations for further promotion of gender equality in applied physics.
